How it Works
Join DMRF supporters across the country to raise awareness of dystonia, funds to support the DMRF & connect the community so that no one has to face dystonia alone. Everyone who pays to register for the Ft. Wayne Dystonia Zoo Day will automatically be signed up for our Virtual Dystonia Zoo Day on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
If you cannot attend in person but would like to support a team, please make a team donation or sign up for the FREE virtual event on October 14.
Cost
Fees: $25 for Adults /$15 for children (12 yrs and under).
Registration Includes Access to the zoo, refreshments, and a t-shirt.

New Fundraising Opportunities
-New or increased individual donations (over 2023 gifts) to teams will be matched.
-For every team that exceeds 2023 total fundraising, the event receives a $1000 match.
-All new sponsorships will be matched 2:1
Every registrant will receive a t-shirt. All t-shirts will be the same - no personalized teams on the back of the shirts. All registrations must be received by September 3 to ensure that your t-shirt will be available. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up on the morning of the event during registration.

9:00AM - Check-In, T-shirt Pick-Up
10:00AM - Walk the zoo and spread the word about dystonia
